Terms & booking conditions

These terms apply to anchoring, emceeing, hosting and voiceover services booked with Anu Manocha.

Booking

• A date is confirmed only after written confirmation and an advance of 25% of the fee is received.
• The quote covers the event type, hours and location shared at the time of enquiry. Changes may change the quote.

Event day

• The client or planner shares the running order, names and pronunciations, and any scripts at least one week (7 days) before the event.
• The client or venue arranges a stage and a good-quality sound system with a working microphone.
• Extra hours beyond the agreed time are charged at ₹1,000 per hour.

Travel

For events outside Delhi NCR, the client arranges or pays for travel and stay.

Voiceover

• Up to three revisions are included.
• Recording is done at a professional studio booked for the project.
• Usage rights and delivery formats are as stated in the voiceover quote.
