Refund & cancellation policy

If you cancel

• Within 7 days of paying the booking amount (25% advance): the full booking amount is refunded.
• After those 7 days: the booking amount is not refundable, because the date has been blocked for you.

If the date changes

Your booking moves to the new date at no extra charge, if Anu is free on that date.

If Anu cannot attend

In the rare case of an emergency, Anu arranges another anchor for your event. If that is not possible, the full amount paid is refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid the same day by bank transfer or UPI.
